Ladies Bible Study

Our Women's Bible Study will be studying the complete book of Genesis this year, Fall through Spring. The study begins September 8/9 with PART 1: In the Beginning: Creation, Fall, and Promise (Genesis 1-11).

Theme: God creates, man rebels, judgment comes, grace remains.

This section helps us to understand Who God is, who we are, what has gone wrong with the world and why we need a Savior.

Genesis begins with the God Who creates all things good, makes mankind in His image and rules overt all He has made. Yet very quickly sin enters the world, bringing brokenness, judgment and death. Even so, God's Grace is present from the beginning. In these chapters, we see the foundation for the whole Bible:

creation, the fall, the first promise of redemption. the spread of sin, the flood. covenant mercy and the scattering of the nations. This section helps us to understand Who God is, who we are, what has gone wrong with the world, and why we need a Savior.
