The Loving power of Christ in You to build others up in Christ = Your Gift

Hey GCT:  So, think with me… tomorrow if we have 60 believers present in worship, we will have 60 believers who have been given at least one gift from the Ascended Jesus Christ by the power of the Holy Spirit (Eph 4.7).  That means that there will be 60 unique but united manifestations of the power of Christ through his children.  What are these 60 manifestations of the power of Christ through individual giftedness for?  Why have you been given the gift from Christ?  They are to be the visible loving action of Christ through you to meet people’s needs and to build them up into Jesus. Your gift is for the building up of the household of God, the body of Christ, the bride of Christ.  The gifts that have been given to you are what you do.

Tomorrow we will be in Ephesians 4:7-16, to further look at the power of Christ that rests in each one of us and the FRUIT of your gifts.  - when each part is working properly, makes the body grow so that it builds itself up in love. Ephesians 4:16
